Every visit is a pleasure, even when I have to do some unexpected repairs. The guys all know me and greet me...a friendly place! I had car trouble in the horrible heat. There was nothing leading up to it but when I went into my car to start it, it did nothing. I checked the flashing light in my car's manual to understand it w nothing leading up to it but when I went into my car to start it, it did nothing. I checked the flashing light in my car's manual to understand it was a security issue. I called the service department and talked to Tim. He explained my battery could be dead or the chip in my key was not recognized by my car. When I tried to jump the car and that didn't work, I called Tim back. The service department had already closed and since Tim was still in the building he accepted my call and hooked me up with a towing company that would bring my car to their dealership. Throughout the years (this is my second Mazda), I have been very pleased with the service I get at Brookdale Mazda Mitsubishi and would most certainly recommend them without reservation! More

I had a very miserable experience with Mazda service department. I was informed of their shuttle service, and was very excited to be able to drop off my vehicle and let them work on it without it interr department. I was informed of their shuttle service, and was very excited to be able to drop off my vehicle and let them work on it without it interrupting my work day. However, instead I was 45 minutes LATE to work, had to keep calling to find out the status of my Mazda (even though they told me they would call me and keep me informed). I then tried to be prepared and called early to let them know what time I would like to be picked up. Even though I had called early I ended up waiting outside, in the hot sun, for an hour to be picked up. The prices were 3-4x what my normal mechanic is (not kidding!). It was over $100 just to have them tell me why a light was going off in my car. I was really disappointed by this experience and will not be going back. More
I visited this dealership looking to get a car. Extremely pushy. Kept asking me to make a purchase on that day. Unwilling to provide the lowest price unless I commit to purchasing on that day (seems really s pushy. Kept asking me to make a purchase on that day. If and a big if they ever provided the lowest price, I rather pay more elsewhere because I just don't like they way they push the customers into making a decision ASAP. An advice to the dealers in luther, stop treating every customer as though you will be fired the next day if you don't make the sale. Being pushy ain't gonna get you nowhere. More
