Bought my car here in 2007 and have only brought it here for service. Customer service is fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and the service manager is fantastic should you have any concerns. They are on the ball from an oil change to something more major like a part replacement. My car won't be seeing any other service shops anytime soon. Another huge plus is all your service history is available online as well as being able to schedule your service visits WITH OUT having to pick up the phone. It's so nice to be able to look at a calendar of dates and times and schedule your appointment on your schedule. More

As most dealers, they are more expensive than the mechanic I normally use, although their customer service is usually more flexible because they have more employees and longer hours. Their coupons for oil changes that are emailed to me are usually a good deal and they always give my car a washing as well, which most cheaper places do not do. Their service is great, but because the price is higher at Luther Mazda, I will bring my car to my old mechanic unless I have a warranty issue or to use a discount oil change coupon. More
