Bought my car here in 2007 and have only brought it here for service. Customer service is fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and the service manager is fantastic should you have any concerns. They always offer to wash my car if I would like and they are always more than happy to hook me up with a rental should I need to leave my car there for the day. They are on the ball from an oil change to something more major like a part replacement. My car won't be seeing any other service shops anytime soon. Another huge plus is all your service history is available online as well as being able to schedule your service visits WITH OUT having to pick up the phone. It's so nice to be able to look at a calendar of dates and times and schedule your appointment on your schedule. More
I have leased with them for the past 3 years, always are great to work with, never had any issues, great price if you need a loaner. As most dealers, they are more expensive than the mechanic I normally use, although their customer service is usually more flexible because they have more employees and longer hours. Their coupons for oil changes that are emailed to me are usually a good deal and they always give my car a washing as well, which most cheaper places do not do. Their service is great, but because the price is higher at Luther Mazda, I will bring my car to my old mechanic unless I have a warranty issue or to use a discount oil change coupon. More
I have had my Galant for just short of 8 yrs. and I would say that 99% of service on my car has been done at this dealership. They are knowledgable and friendly. The work is generally done in the time period that they quote and up to this date I have not had to return because something is not done properly. I went there specifically to buy a used Mazda 3 hatchback. The one I wanted was already gone, but the sales rep found me one that was almost identical with less miles and even dropped the price a b hatchback. This monday I took the car to get a couple small items looked at after a week of owning. They got me right into the shop within about five minutes. One of their techs took a drive with me and let me show him the points of concern. When we got back, it went right into the work area. They didn't hassle me because of it being under warranty. Everything is covered and the car is awesome. These people are amazing. More
