The staff at Luther Mazda, is absolutely amazing!! They are all so friendly, and helpful. I went in for an oil change, and was concerned about my exhaust pipes, one of the service men came out to my car t are all so friendly, and helpful. I was so pleased that he took the time to come diagnose my issue. And I love that they always wash my car, that's truly a bonus!! More

It's nice to be able to drop the vehicle off quickly without alot of paperwork. Vehicle pick-up took about 4 minutes. Total visit was over lunch (about 1 hour). Great Job. More
My experience was great, and Duane the salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in buying my new car. My first 2 cars have been Fords but decided to go for a Mitsubishi, first because I enjoy the new eclipse and 2nd because Ford has had terrible customer service in the past. The customer service with Mitsubishi has been pretty good thus far, but the only thing that bothered me was when, I had a tech in my car so I could show him the issue I had with my driver side speaker. First reply that came out was rather negative and was him saying "Not sure if I can fix that because bass today causes issues with speakers and since that is a techno song, I am not sure, but I can check in with the boss" or whomever he was referring to. After hearing that I looked up my warranty which states that audio unit parts are covered for 3yr/36000k miles. I was a bit nervous waiting for a phone call about the car. But sure enough when I arrived to pick up the car it was all fixed and that made me very very happy. I guess all I can say is everything was A+ and if your techs could be a little more positive before they speak with customers, that would be great. More
The service was prompt and as expected. I reviewed the service requirements based on mileage when I brought my vehicle in and the representative only advised what needed to be done at this time and gave a service requirements based on mileage when I brought my vehicle in and the representative only advised what needed to be done at this time and gave a heads up on what is due for the more extensive service at 30,000 miles. I was especially pleased by the shuttle service to and from my office by one of the staff. He apparently is a a retired driver and was very personable. More
Since I've purchased my car I have had amazing customer service from all employees I've dealt with. I recently just had my oil changed and was pleasantly surprised that they washed my car as an added bonu service from all employees I've dealt with. The price was amazing and the regular price for an oil change in the future is less expensive than what I am used to paying. I would recommend Luther to anyone purchasing a vehicle. Eric went well out of his way to make sure I could get the color Mazda5 I wanted -- very impressive. My only issue with the dealership is the degree of add on sales (interior protection, extended warrant the color Mazda5 I wanted -- very impressive. We had a very good overall experience. We only planned to test drive a couple vehicles that day & ended up buying. Eric was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and and knew how to match our needs to the r to test drive a couple vehicles that day & ended up buying. Eric did a wonderful job of providing a lot of effort and concern in making sure that my wife and I were happy with our Trailblazer purchase. He also made sure that our young daughter had some entertainment concern in making sure that my wife and I were happy with our Trailblazer purchase.
