In my mind I was considering that I may have to make a trade and would have to part with my Lancer as well as the truck. I was prepared for that. I knew that it was meant to be, when I pulled in to the parking lot and Eric Palmer was outside. We greeted each other and he said that he would get right to me. I wanted to work with him because he had sold me a brand new Lancer 2 years ago. At that time I really wanted an Outlander Sport, but for some reason I was not all that impressed with it. This time however, Eric knew exactly what I need and what my history of cars was. I was happy that you kept my 2 "old" vehicles and I drove off the lot with a brand "NEW" car, which I really like. Every one was very nice to me. It was nice working with Kellie, in the leasing area, and Robert Vizenor, Sales Manager. Nice to meet all of you. And of course, I cannot forget all the guys in service, who I have know some of them since we started out with Mitsubishi vehicles when they were in Wayzata. I believe this is the 8th Mitsubishi vehicle that I have had, and loved them all!!!! Thanks for all you do, Barb More
I was referred to this dealer by a friend of my son's when I told him I was searching for a new compact SUV. After selecting the Mazda CX-5, I decided to try this dealer in spite of the extra 1/2 hour di when I told him I was searching for a new compact SUV. After selecting the Mazda CX-5, I decided to try this dealer in spite of the extra 1/2 hour distance from Morries Mazda. They were quite friendly, listened to my reasoning for wanting to buy either a Touring or Grand Touring model and gave me all the financial and model differences along with a quote for either model. After some researching, I returned and purchased the Grand Touring model. The financing process was easy, but took more time than it needed to as Kellie and I engaged in too much non-essential conversation. Even though I had forgotten to bring my original title and Lien release, I drove away in my new car with a promise to mail the paperwork. No hassle whatsoever. I gave pricing a Good rather than a higher mark because I was a bit perturbed about what appeared to be a "bait & switch" tactic which all car dealers are well known for. An advertised "Auto Show" discount was "included" in the discount from the MSRP. It was only $250. bit still, it bothered me that this discount never showed up on the invoice as a reduction in price. On the other hand, they were quite fair with me on the value of my trade-in, so it worked out OK. From my experience, I would recommend this dealer to others looking for one of their brands. More
Do NOT buy a car here.... They screwed up my paperwork repeatedly. Took over 3 weeks for them to get it right. Financing person made mistakes in crediting me for my down payment and I had to wait 3 1/2 h repeatedly. Took over 3 weeks for them to get it right. Financing person made mistakes in crediting me for my down payment and I had to wait 3 1/2 hours to meet with her while other finance person walked out of the office with customers waiting. Then they screwed up my trade in paperwork and threatened me that I would be responsible for parking violations, etc when they had the car FOR WEEKS. Very rude, unprofessional, incompetent and careless.... Get your quote here and then go to their competitors or you'll be VERY SORRY. This is part of their letter to me......Our commitment to customer satisfaction is stronger than ever. That's why we are dedicated to making all visits, truly exceptional. I started my vehicle search by contacting the dealership by e-mail. I recieved a prompt response from Eric Palmer answering my questions. Once I settled on a vehicle they took care of the rest while I sat and watched TV. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone buying a new car. More

I came to Brookdale Mazda after visiting several other dealers. I had narrowed down my search to the car I wanted, but hadn't yet felt comforstable with a dealer. I don't live near Brookdale, but took the trek because I was happy with the service my old Subaru had gotten at a Luther dealership. I am very glad I made the drive. Eric Palmer was my salesperson, and he was the first person I'd talked to who actually knew in detail about the CX-5 I was buying. He was friendly, respectful, and straightforward. Negotiation for my new car purchase and my old car trade in was very easy and transparent. Before I left, Eric made sure I knew how to operate the newer features on my car and made it clear I could call with any questions. He also introduced me to the service department. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Mazda for buying a car, and Eric Palmer as a salesperson. Kellie in financing was very thorough and easy to deal with also. More
