I brought my 2007 Eclipse Spyder in for routine maintenance & a few interior trim replacement pieces/parts (estimate) ~ I received a call from Paul wi I brought my 2007 Eclipse Spyder in for routine maintenance & a few interior trim replacement pieces/parts (estimate) ~ I received a call from Paul within just an hour or so of my appointment time letting me know my car was done already & that he enjoyed how "happy" my car made him 1st thing that morning, with all of my dancing solar figurines & bright seat covers throughout my car! lol! It was a pleasure talking with him as well as hearing that my car was still in great shape after 2 years! I also ran into my Salesman when I picked up my car ~ He was just as happy & friendly as he was the day I purchased it 2 years ago! My insurance co. decided they would not cover any damages. Paul S in service was very up- front and honest with their estimate and appraisal of the situation. I decided the cost of the repair was not worth the investment and Paul put me in touch with Mike in Sales. Mike and i worked out a deal and Dan in Finance made the numbers work. Within 1/2 a day I left with a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander and could not have been easier More
