I must say that my experience with Ross Haugen was exceptional. From our very first correspondence when I expressed my interest in a Mazda through taking delivery of the car, Ross was professional, re exceptional. From our very first correspondence when I expressed my interest in a Mazda through taking delivery of the car, Ross was professional, responsive, extremely competent, and a pleasure to work with. This purchase was done entirely long distance, in fact from Thailand with a twelve hour time difference! I have never before purchased a vehicle sight unseen or without a test drive. Throughout the process Ross not only put me at ease but always inspired confidence. I have never had a product specialist who made me feel more comfortable purchasing an automobile than Ross. Not only would I highly recommend Ross to family or friends, but if my driving experience with my new CX-5 is as good as I expect it to be, I will purchase my next vehicle from Ross as well.
