Exceptional Experience with Durrell Martin I searched for a car for six months. In that time I worked with over a dozen sales associates from five different states. The first time I spoke to Du I searched for a car for six months. In that time I worked with over a dozen sales associates from five different states. The first time I spoke to Durrell Martin on the phone, he demonstrated that he was serious about finding me the vehicle I wanted - the first person I had worked with who did so. I identified a vehicle that was perfect for my family and me. However, through a misunderstanding, the vehicle was sold to someone else. Durrell did three things that kept me from taking my business elsewhere: 1. Owned the mistake 2. Apologized directly 3. Provided a solution in a better vehicle I drove 400 miles each way to buy from Durrell because I was so impressed with the integrity with which he conducted himself. Bravo, Luther.
