She was flexible with my appointment time (I ended up being an hour early). She set up a test drive for me and when my car came in -in only 3 days- she showed me all of the new features and helped me sync my phone with the car. When we decided to test drive a CX-9 from St. Cloud, he even drove it to our house to try it out, since it was close to our young son's bedtime!!!
