A great buying experience...twice! In December of 2016, we purchased a Mazda 6 from Luther Brookdale Mazda.  In February of 2018, we returned to purchase yet another Mazda, this time a In December of 2016, we purchased a Mazda 6 from Luther Brookdale Mazda.  In February of 2018, we returned to purchase yet another Mazda, this time a CX-3. We have purchased 24 new cars in our lifetimes and Luther Brookdale Mazda is the best dealership that we have ever encountered.  We worked with Ashlee Stachowski for both purchases and she found us the exact vehicles that we wanted. Helpful and good value without being pushy We had a good experience with Melissa at Luther Mazda in Brooklyn Park. She was aware we may not be in the market for a car until later in the year, b We had a good experience with Melissa at Luther Mazda in Brooklyn Park. She was aware we may not be in the market for a car until later in the year, but wanted to test drive a few models we were interested in. She never made us feel as though we were wasting her time and actually helped find us a car that was a good value and we ended up purchasing early! She was honest and helpful and never pushy. She listened to our concerns and offered solutions that were realistic. Lee in the financing department was also very nice and dealt well with my husband’s “distrust” of car dealers. Overall great experience coming from someone who dreads car shopping and car dealers! Only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 stars is because I think there’s always improvement in business and we haven’t had the car long enough to know how they will handle any follow up issues that may arise, but I would definitely rate the individual service of Melissa and Lee as 5 stars!
