No oversell I checked in for the recommended 35,000 service that the Mazda website recommended. I knew it was early on miles but just rolled my eyes and went wit I checked in for the recommended 35,000 service that the Mazda website recommended. I knew it was early on miles but just rolled my eyes and went with it. When I checked in to LutherMazda, Chris said that they wouldn't do the 35,000 service since I was early (even earlier than I thought) and they could do it at my next oil change with no issues. He said they'd do an oil change, check filters, and there was a recall on parking brake. He had me sign off on ~$100. He called an hour or so later and said the oil change was complete and the cabin filter was still in good shape and didn't need changing. Grand total ended up coming to $50. I was pleasantly surprised and it's refreshing to know the LutherMazda didn't do a bunch of service that I didn't need even though I practically handed them my money in advance. More

Respectful Service Used Costco’s auto buying program, was assigned to Eric. Eric treated me like a person (rather than just some girl). He stayed in touch through the Used Costco’s auto buying program, was assigned to Eric. Eric treated me like a person (rather than just some girl). My only complaint was that it took an hour to get the paperwork put together when I arrived at my appointed time to write the check. I have no idea what is involved in that process, but an hour seemed rather long to me. More
