4 hours to purchase a new CX9 the detail job was terrible! The detail job was very sloppy! Pleasantly surprised! I had previously bought a new Mazda at Luther Brookdale 8 years ago and at that time was not very impressed at all. Due mostly to Brookdale being clo I had previously bought a new Mazda at Luther Brookdale 8 years ago and at that time was not very impressed at all. Due mostly to Brookdale being close I came back to browse the lot while looking for my next car and the experience was totally different this time. No pressure sales, no rush, just timely answers to my questions and I got what I think was a good deal without a bunch of haggling. They found the specific car I wanted and as soon as I needed I was off in my new car. My daughter and I both actually enjoyed the whole experience. She's been asking to go back, but as dependable as Mazdas have been for me it might be a while. More
