Excellent Routine Service We brought our vehicle in for routine service and were efficiently checked in at our appointment time. Scott checked to make sure that our vehicle is not the subject of any recall notices -- it isn't -- and commented that it might be time for a tire rotation. We pointed out that we thought we might need new wiper blades because the driver's side blade was leaving a smudge on the window. When our service was completed -- in an amazingly short time -- Scott reported that the wiper blade just had some residue on it that was removed, and that the blade was now working as it should. He also reported that he checked the tires and that tire rotation was not needed at this time. This was honest, customer-friendly service, which is most appreciated by folks like us with limited knowledge of things mechanical. More
