Quick, easy, professional Came in for an oil change and to check on my blower fan - oil change was quick while I waited in their client room - good free coffee and newspapers - Came in for an oil change and to check on my blower fan - oil change was quick while I waited in their client room - good free coffee and newspapers - unfortunately the blower was working fine the day I came in (isn't that always the way?) so no repairs were needed, but they didn't charge me for that at any rate - oil change was reasonably priced and love that they throw in a free car wash. When it came time for delivery I went in at my scheduled time and my sales rep was already there with ppwk ready to be signed. it was a very smooth buying process. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Transparent and helpful, for a great price I was trying to arrange to have a car ready for pickup elsewhere (I’m moving) but it was a huge pain to get answers from the dealers and get things do I was trying to arrange to have a car ready for pickup elsewhere (I’m moving) but it was a huge pain to get answers from the dealers and get things done promptly and competently. Thus I decided to get the car locally, where I could at least go into the dealership and get everything done. Melissa had contacted us after we had signed up with TrueCar, and the price was much lower than anything else I had seen, so we decided to go with her. We called her, set up an appointment to see her that afternoon, and by the end of the day I had a car. She and Joshua (who worked with us on financing) were friendly, competent and not pushy about buying extra products. The experience was exponentially better than what I had gone through with the other dealers. Joshua did try to have us finance through Mazda at a higher interest rate before presenting us with the possibility of financing at a different institution, but other than that it was very transparent. Car buying isn’t fun, but they made the process as pain-free as possible. I would definitely recommend that you check out Luther Mazda if a Mazda or Mitsubishi is what you’re looking for. More

So disappointed sales dept sucks I would not ever buy a car here again! They llost my title for my trade in called me accused me not dropping off my title. Then begged me to come last day of the month to sign off a new form so they could close out month.. Prommised they would take care of me get some sweatshirts and stuff for my inconvenience.. yep 2 months later nothing.. . then to top it off the sales guy lied to my face when I came in for a service... He forgot to take out the special feature on the break lights when I bought the car but instead came up with a stupid lie about the detailer ripped off my paneling and screwed up my break lights as they pulled out wiring in front of me. Shady as xxxx! More
