People were great, offered services were vague Melissa was very thorough, kind, clear, and accommodatiing. I had a personal emergency that she was able to easily work around. Auto start install The service department was very personable and got me set-up with a loaner car while mine was having the auto start installed. I liked the e-mail sent The service department was very personable and got me set-up with a loaner car while mine was having the auto start installed. I liked the e-mail sent notifying me as well as a phone call to my cell that my vehicle was done. I also like the Mazda mobile application that shows my vehicle record and allows me to request /schedule service. One suggestion I have regarding the auto start install would be to provide an overview on how it works or better user instructions post install. I had to call the shop to ask questions about how it worked as the model installed did not have a user manual available online. But, thus far, each encounter with any Mazda staff has been excellent! So thank you! More
