I go out of my way to go here... it’s worth it! There’s another Mitsubishi dealer near my home, but they don’t offer loaners for minor repairs and oil changes, and I’m high-strung and too impatient There’s another Mitsubishi dealer near my home, but they don’t offer loaners for minor repairs and oil changes, and I’m high-strung and too impatient to wait. When I need service, I schedule early in the AM and drop my car on my way to work. My experience has been great. I’m always greeted right away, handed a warm car and back on the road in minutes. Day-of experience was fine. Everything else poor. I called in December regarding a recall and was informed the part was on backorder. Was told that I would be called to schedule in 1-2 weeks once the I called in December regarding a recall and was informed the part was on backorder. Was told that I would be called to schedule in 1-2 weeks once the part came in. That call never came. I called back a month later and the part was available at that time and I was able to schedule the recall as well as well as some time for other items. On the day of the repairs, I asked for a body work estimate and was told that they could only fit it in if I was submitting to insurance. Annoying. My car was ultimately with you for 2 full days for service, and that wasn't sufficient time to complete an estimate for body work. Very annoying that the body shop would have made the time to do the estimate if I was submitting to insurance, but wasn't willing to do the estimate if I was paying out of pocket. I went to your competitors and they were able to provide written estimates for the work in 30 minutes or less. I guess I'll be going to them for those repairs. More

Okay experience at best I saw the used SUV online and came in well researched. The people I dealt with were not very straightforward when it came to trade valuation, knowledg I saw the used SUV online and came in well researched. The people I dealt with were not very straightforward when it came to trade valuation, knowledge about the car, and I was upset when they did not do something as simple as unbolt the ugly chrome running boards. Finance was also a little too aggressive on selling aftermarket warranties for my liking, and without good justifications. I would never buy a new Mitsubishi or Mazda, and would only go to this dealership again if they were giving cars away. More
