Horrible!! Bad experience all around. Had an appointment for an oil chance, tire rotation and a new FAST key programed for my car. After a two hour wait with no Bad experience all around. After a two hour wait with no communication from anyone the service tech says "just to give you an update on your car". I replied "what? just get my out of here, I have been here two hours for service that should have taken 45 minutes: So after another 20 minutes my car is finished and I realize part of my key chain is missing. Someone broke my key chain and it is of my opinion that they tried to hide it from my and send me on my way. Kevin did the best he could with how busy he was but there has to be better communication between service and customers. More

🗣Don't let them know U R coming.. I like to do most of my communicating through email or texting and then I like to show up to dealerships without them knowing that I am coming for me I like to do most of my communicating through email or texting and then I like to show up to dealerships without them knowing that I am coming for me I get to see the true interaction and I typically don't let a dealership know that I'm seeking to purchase a car because it's completely two different interactions and relationships you build with someone in a dealership when they know that you're purchasing a car or just looking Over all I got to give the dealership a 3 you know when you've been lied to you know when someone is talking to you to achieve a goal and you know when someone is talking to you when it's their job I'm not into the xxxxxxxx I like to be told straight up and when you have things that U have not been notified about in advance then it's for me like a bait and switch I hope the dealership gets better on their practice make their smiles genuine and tell people consumers customers straight up from the door, more transparency and less teeth No one should be told we deserve your business because we're working hard for you you should be working hard every dealership should be working hard for every single customer I can't remember all the names but the people in the dealership knows my face when I'm there so I don't want to just select one and put them out because there were several people that I communicated with and I do mean many however when it comes to the service department you know we all have long days if you ain't feeling it don't come to work cuz I don't want to come to a service department whereas the staff looking like why what the xxxx what is it now I also noticed that nobody's running to get your money in the evening like they do in the day when you walk in the door More
