Soured quickly I was extremely happy with my cx9 when I bought it. I drove home. The next morning (less than 12 hours later) I realized there was a crack in the wi I was extremely happy with my cx9 when I bought it. I drove home. The next morning (less than 12 hours later) I realized there was a crack in the windshield. Note: there had been stickers taped on the windshield over where the crack was later found. I immediately emailed the dealership, which was closed on Sunday. When I called on Monday I learned that it was now my problem. According to the sales person, the windshield must have cracked in the 8 miles I drove it home. CONVENIENT! Congrats on your new car, now you can fix the windshield within the first 8 miles/48 hours of ownership! More

Warranty Help I purchased a car from a Mitsubishi dealership, on the way home from buying my daughters car the radio didn't work. For me it wasn't that much of a is I purchased a car from a Mitsubishi dealership, on the way home from buying my daughters car the radio didn't work. For me it wasn't that much of a issue but can be traumatizing for a young adult now days. The dealership I purchased it from imformed me they were closing and wouldn't be able to help me further, with repair or warranty. I called Brookdale Mazda Mitsubishi they found the problem, repaired it. I gave me information on how to get reimbursed for the repairs. Great place!!! More
