Explanations for concerns didn't make sense Customer service is usually good. However, the specific issue I brought my car in for was blamed on features I don't have. The inspection form I received also claimed that my fluids were full, but I needed to fill my windshield wiper fluid the following day. When I got my car it looked as though it was just parked in the lot and never actually looked at. The reason I say this is because it was snowing pretty heavily this day. I dropped my car off around 8:00 am and then picked it up very soon after I was told it was ready for pick up around 3:00 pm. When I got there my car was BURIED in snow, like it sat outside for that entire time period and never saw the inside of the garage aside from me dropping it off in the intake area for that day. I strongly feel that no one actually looked at it. More

I get it but They called me to entice me with an offer of trading in my lease. I am in sales so I get it, but really wish they would have checked ahead of time be They called me to entice me with an offer of trading in my lease. Not happy So me and the wife bought a 2009 acura RDX from this place. Took the car home and the car start having so much issue after just 1 day. I'm not gonna n So me and the wife bought a 2009 acura RDX from this place. Took the car home and the car start having so much issue after just 1 day. I'm not gonna name all the issue but one of the main issue was the over heat n the brake light system. I check the radiator and it was full of milky and gray slug. I took the car back and complain to the supervisor. Either they fix it or I return the car. I ask for the inspection of the car and look like everything was look at from the brakes to all the fluid. I told the supervisor if his inspector did look at the radiator there no way he could have miss all those milky xxxx in the radiator. After talking to the supervisor he say he will do his best to get the car fix. So we left the car there for the next few days they call back and say everything is fix. We went back to pick up the car. Everything seem to be working fine and no over heat driving home. Just that night my wife took the car out to hang out with some friends for her birthday. On the way to there destination my wife start to hear some very loud banging from the back and the brake stop working. She got the car to stop and check the back wheel and she found that the whole brake caliper came of. She call me and I have to drive all the way from home to check out the car, we live about 40 min from st.paul. I have to drive all the way to st.paul to get the car. I was so mad that night but was also glad that my wife did not crash into anything. If the brake was to fall of while she was on the high way this would be a big problem. The next day I look at the brake caliber and both bolts was gone and the caliber was crack n leaking real bad. This is why the brake light system keep coming on and of bcause it was leaking. So this make it 2 FAIL inspection, one that could have cost my wife life. Anyways I got the brake fix and just want to let you guys know we won't be coming back or recommend anyone. Hopefully the supervisor Joel see this and do something about his inspector guy or his mechanic guy. Thank you hopefully this don't happen to anyone else More
