Don’t give soc sec # unless financing with them We bought our car through Luther in feb. We didn’t apply for credit through them because we “ALREADY had financing” and they knew that. A month later We bought our car through Luther in feb. We didn’t apply for credit through them because we “ALREADY had financing” and they knew that. A month later they sent us a nasty letter telling us we had bad credit and wouldn’t be allowed to buy a car from them. They had no reason to do a credit check. The letter was absolutely insulting! Will never go back. More
