Fair Price/Decent Service My husband and I stopped into Brookdale Mazda to look at Cx5’s. We found one we were interested in, and began the purchasing process. We were told by the salesperson that we would get a copy of the Caracas report to review. In the midst of all of the negotiations we neglected to remind our salesperson to provide us a copy of the report until all paperwork was signed. After all was said and done we did get a copy of the report only to find out the car had been in an accident!! I feel as though the report was not given to us in an effort to keep this information hidden from us. It really tainted the entire purchasing process that had gone very well up until that point. I walked away feeling pretty bummed out. Just wish they would have been honest from the start. More
