I would think that those small incentives would have gone a long way when I need to buy a new carb especially since I own 2 Mitsubishi’s. More

I had little to no money to get a new vehicle because of that but I couldn't safely drive my Chrysler. Everyone at Brookdale Mazda was very helpful and understanding of my unfortunate situation and did everything in their power to get me into a safe and reliable vehicle. They worked with me for hours, even after they closed, to make sure I was able to drive home in a new (new to me) vehicle. Great and very helpful staff here! More

I had heard from other dealers who were too "trendy" or felt as if they were trying too hard. Ashlee, the salesperson, respected my time table and my wishes, offering to have a vehicle ready for my inspection. She also contacted me again to make sure we were on the same page regarding make, model, and color. When I arrived at the dealership, I was treated to prompt and courteous service. Both Ashlee and her financial manager, Jon, were extremely calm and listened to my needs. While they did offer options to me, they were not in the least trying to 'hard-sell' me. And the contract/paper work end of the deal was a breeze, with John explaining the fine print clearly. When a financial 'glitch' happened, they worked out a way the deal could be completed the next day. I strongly recommend the Luther team! More
