Wonderful, attentive, detailed and caring dealership I bought a 2018 Mazda CX-5 from Luther Brookdale last year, and I returned this year to lease the same car, 2019 model, for my daughter. Why? Because this is my favorite dealership ever, mostly because of the fabulous Melissa Garvey. She's a lovely person who's incredibly good at her job - Melissa listens carefully and intuitively so that she can get you the best deal on the car that's right for you. She goes above and beyond in every way. I have loved working with her and recommend her, and the dealership, to everyone. More

If you don't mind being lied to and taken advantage of then Last spring I came in needing a valve cover gasket. When I picked up the car, it had a ticking noise coming from the engine. No one could tell me why. Last spring I came in needing a valve cover gasket. When I picked up the car, it had a ticking noise coming from the engine. No one could tell me why. Half a year later I'm told by Brookdale Mazda Mitsubishi, I need a new engine because the #1 cylinder's spark plug is stripped and the threads are gone, and they can't get parts. After much haggeling, they put in a heli-coil (a sleeve and tap new threads for the spark plug). It worked well for 4 days and then started running rough again. I dropped it off again on a Saturday. They told me the heli-coil failed, and I needed a new engine at $5000.00 cost. I told them no way I'm doing that with the miles that are on the car. I got a loaner for the week, while they were supposed to look at options. Well, they never did anything to it during the week and being frustrated, I picked it up on friday. I brought it to an independent mechanic. He found the wire to that #1 cylinder coil was loose. He tightened it and it runs fine now! Nice try Brookdale Mitsubishi!! You lied to me and tried to take maximum advantage of me. I bought my Galant Ralliart new at this dealership in 2007. This dealership is the only place I ever had work done on this car, so anything wrong with it happened there. Also... after they put the sleeve in and tapped the new threads for the spark plug, the ticking noise was gone. So that tells me someone there stripped the threads last spring. It's ultimately sad, as they have lost me as a customer. I will never step into another Mitsubishi dealership, and will never buy another Mitsubishi. More
