My First Mazda CX-5 I started looking for a used car about a year ago when we were living in VA (on the East coast) though we live permanently in MN. After test driving all the major brands, I narrowed my search to two -- a Lincoln MKX or a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. When CarMax notified me that Luther had a 2016 CX-5 with low mileage and within my budget , I made an appointment to test drive and buy one when we returned. The salesman who contacted me, Ross, answered all my questions, (a gazillion of them), never high pressured me into buying the car if I didn't want it, and was very professional and personable during the whole process!! He deserves a raise or a huge bonus! If I ever buy another car, he's the person I will contact! More

Best experience I ever had with a car dealer I leased a CX-5 and purchased an MX-5 this year from Luther Brookdale. I bought both of them via internet sales. My salesperson was Eric Palmer on bot I leased a CX-5 and purchased an MX-5 this year from Luther Brookdale. I bought both of them via internet sales. My salesperson was Eric Palmer on both purchases. Communicating with Eric was a breeze due to his comfort with email and text. I asked him dozens of questions and he was always quick to respond, even on his day off. Negotiating the deal with Eric was also easy. For starters, the initial price quote was considerably lower on both vehicles than any other dealer in the metro area. We came to an agreement on price and I asked for worksheets laying out my exact costs, interest rates, dealer fees and out of pocket money. They were promptly emailed to you. I also stipulated I did not want to sit in the dealership for half a day waiting to sign paperwork and take delivery. I made 2 separate trips (I did not buy both cars at the same time) to sign paperwork. Both times the paperwork was ready and exactly the same as laid out in the worksheets. I was in and out both trips in less than 90 minutes. We are extremely happy with our new Mazda's and would recommend Luther Mazda and Eric Palmer to anyone. More

How I really feel. We have been going to Luther Mazda Mitsubishi now for over 10 years. My brother in law bought his first eclipse there and it has been the family deale We have been going to Luther Mazda Mitsubishi now for over 10 years. My brother in law bought his first eclipse there and it has been the family dealership ever since. Every time we go back we see Eric, first of all he has been there for over 10 years now and that speaks highly of him and the dealership. I have never had any problems with him or the dealership. They are quick to accommodate and earn your business. Not just for the sale, but for life. Thats why we always come back and will be life customers. My in-laws have bought at least 3 cars there and us our last two. Would I recommend this dealership? Absolutely! In fact I do on a weekly basis. Many friends and family have bought there vehicles from this dealership. We pull into church on Sunday and count at least 7 Luther Mazda's and Mitsubishi's from friends and fam who have bought from them just in the last couple years. And many of them are returning customers, and the others will be as well. This is "MY" dealership for life. I dont waist my time with any other dealership. I have never been let down by this team. They have always come through for me, giving me that valued costumer feeling every time. This team of professionals are good at what they do and it shows. They wont let you down! More
