Excellent service I love that this dealership is honest-they do not pressure you to add on things your car doesn’t need. All staff encountered are extremely friendly. Prices for service work are very fair for a dealership. Their customer lounge is comfortable and clean. Time estimates given for work are accurate and they work fast! The dealership is 45 minutes from my home (I purchased my new Mazda here a few years ago) but return for service work rather than staying local due to the quality of work and the wonderful people in the service department! I worked with Dallas last month for a recall issue (only 1 in 5 years!) and with Kevin this visit for a 90k maintenance service. More
Missed it by that much. Hi I have leased something like 6 straight Mazda's from this dealership. This lease was the first time I've not received a written or emailed "Thank you for your business" Miss. I would think it basic marketing horse sense that if you have a loyal, repeat customer "in the house" you'd make sure the sales rep, the sales manager, the general manager, somebuddy would come say hi, and let us know when you want new wheels, an upgrade or whatever. In this day and age, when customers pre-qualify a business through internet research, and do much less 'showroom shopping' having a chance to interact with a repeat customer is a golden opportunity. Miss When I came in for the oil change I asked for a tire rotation, and I am very happy to pay for that, but nope, it never happened, I know I asked for it, Why didn't it get done? Miss I tend to think that maybe the dealership is trying to tell me they don't really need my business, and that's OK, surprising to me as who advises and invests in new companies all the time. But it's Mr. Luther's dealership not mine.. I'll take my business elsewhere if that is what you want. I hope to hear from you, in a written letter, not a phone call. If not, I get the message. And I truly hope you have the wisdom to see that this is not a complaint in which management upbraids an employee, this is a teaching moment for the entire dealership. Every face to face customer interaction is a massive opportunity, to listen, to impress, to keep a customer, Don't MISS it! Thanks for the memories. More
