wrong phone numbers I had an 8:30 a.m. appt. for which they were supposed to pick up my car & drive it to the Auto Performance Shop in Hopkins. They came in at 10:15 and I had an 8:30 a.m. appt. for which they were supposed to pick up my car & drive it to the Auto Performance Shop in Hopkins. They came in at 10:15 and told me that my car was still at the dealer. They said it would be done around 4 p.m. They were nice enough to give me a ride home to wait & a pickup to return to the dealer. Everything was all covered (items completed: remote start, windshield protector, invisible shield). Also, I left my contact phone numbers when I got there in the morning (this was the 3rd time I had given my numbers to various people at the dealership throughout the buying process). Said they would call around 3-3:30 p.m. to tell me it's ready. Got no call, so I called & they said they had the wrong contact numbers for me (not even close to my numbers) and the car was ready. Again, very nice of them to drive me home & return to pickup car. I must say that dealing with Scott Shragg, salesperson, was a pleasure. He answered all my questions & was very knowledgeable about the car, the buying process and helping me with some accessory questions. More
Don't go here unless you're a lucky person Coming from a person that works in a customer service job, the customer service here is only surface level. What I mean by that is they seem all nice Coming from a person that works in a customer service job, the customer service here is only surface level. What I mean by that is they seem all nice and happy and care about you until you actually have a problem. The buying process was fine, I bought a 2016 Mazda 3 in the early winter and the first time I went to use the AC was in the spring. Right away I called the dealership to see what they suggested, they just said the warranty is up so I could pay them to take it in and look at it. Instead I took it to my local mechanic and they found out the AC compressor was broken which was odd in a car that young and suggested I speak to the dealer because could have likely broken when I got it, or at least while it was under warranty. I would have never known it was broken since it was winter, due to the nature of this issue I figured such "nice people" would be willing to look into it. It was like pulling teeth to get the dealer to work with me on it. They continued to repeat how much they understand my situation but the warranty is up so there's nothing they can do. I was thrown around between the service and sales departments. They insisted it was checked when I bought it, however a diagnostic would cost 150 and take several hours. That just didn't add up. I don't know what the initial check was but of course the xxxx car will blow out cold air in the winter. After several phone calls the finally agreed to a free diagnostic, and quoted me at 1400 to fix. A different trusted local mechanic couldn't believe the situation, and was able to fix it for less than 600. Just don't go here. More

When I decided to make the trip in, Melissa helped me. I was on the fence about whether to lease or buy used and I never felt pressured to go one way or the other. Mike was incredibly fair and flexible with me for my trade-in. I typically hate the process of buying a new car but this team made it bearable! I have already spread the word on what a great team this is and will go back to Ashlee or Melissa every time. More

Overall, everybody is very, very friendly. No matter what, every employee will stop to make sure you're doing well and ask if you need anything. I haven't ran into a unfriendly person.
