Dashawn met me in the lot and was extremely friendly. Being it was his 2nd day in sales, he had a more challenging time finding the exact vehicle I was interested in on their webpage. Sean interjected to help, but instead took the entire sale over and dashawn was pushed aside. I thought that was poor form. I am happy with my vehicle (because I knew exactly what I wanted), but the trade-in process was unfair. Carfax falsely claimed my vehicle had fire damage in an accident. Mike claimed it would take several months and possibly lawyers to get the carfax fixed for an accurate representation of my vehicle's history. While I did not get an immediate response from car fax, within 3 business days carfax removed the "fire damage" from the report based solely on my word. This tells me that carfax is unreliable when it comes to accuracy of information. Mike made it seem as though it would be a huge hassle and inconvenience (as well as probable costs for a lawyer) for me over months to correct the report and suggested that "you could just wipe your hands of that by trading with us and our company lawyers could deal with carfax." I feel I was given bad information, pushing me to settle for an unfair trade-in value for my car. More

I trust him completely to make sure that I get the best deal. I went in for an oil change and looked to see if Chad was working. He talked to me about leasing a car and after he presented all the facts, I decided that was the best thing for me to do. I will continue to work with Chad. And I love my new Mazda!!!!! More
Did not go well Went in for a recall on an air bag. When I picked up, the glove box was removed and in the back seat. The cabin air filter cover was removed and the a Went in for a recall on an air bag. When I picked up, the glove box was removed and in the back seat. The cabin air filter cover was removed and the air bag light was on. Went back in and they installed the glove box an said I was good to go. Did not find out the cabin air filter cover was not on until we noticed the car wasn’t warming up normally. I went to change the filter and noticed the cover was missing. Found it in the glove box. Air bag light still comes on however. This was one of the first days in the new shop and there must have been some thing still being learned. More
