Sean was very respectful of my choices and did not try to influence my decision with more expensive vehicles. Not Delivering Advertised Guaranteed lowest tire pricing Did not stand behind Luther “Guaranteed Lowest Tire Pricing” when presented with a competitors lower offer. Indicated they would match the tire but c Did not stand behind Luther “Guaranteed Lowest Tire Pricing” when presented with a competitors lower offer. Indicated they would match the tire but couldn’t match the labor. Not too many people go home and install the tires themselves. Ridiculous. The General Manager then calls me (only because Mazda probably requires it when they get a poor customer rating) and offers nothing other than “he will talk to his people”. Be careful who you buy and service your cars with. Not how you rate Zero stars but that’s the rating. More

No nonsense service She took her car in for regular service and tire rotate and balance. She drove home and car shook bad. She called service and a flatbed truck was sent She took her car in for regular service and tire rotate and balance. She drove home and car shook bad. She called service and a flatbed truck was sent out with a loaner. She did not need the loaner. Loaded her car and returned to dealership. One of the wheel weights fell off. Minor problem. Returned her car all in 4 hour timeframe. Things happen, but we could not ask for a quicker solution. Thanks BDale Maxda for caring! More

Meaningless review process We visited the dealership primarily because we wanted to take advantage of the Costco discount process and as former Mazda owners. Staff members and most did their jobs very well. We then get a survey to rate those people using a totally unrealistic and quite frankly demeaning system. Either they get a 10 meaning the can walk several feet above open water without getting their feet wet or we have to throw them under the bus. The people we worked with did there jobs well, the management of Luther, however, does not get as good a score. We don’t appreciate being used like that. More
