Accusing and not helpful After waiting for several weeks for an appointment, ( available for workable time slot and loaner car). Not only was our problem with our cx5 not fix After waiting for several weeks for an appointment, ( available for workable time slot and loaner car). Not only was our problem with our cx5 not fixed, but the service technician accused us of wrong doing and claimed the fix would not be covered under warranty. Then refused the loaner car to my wife who had been there in my stead. When I called multiple times, with failure to talk to the technician, I waited for a call back which was never made. More
