Unsatisfactory. All around. We made an appointment for "delivery" and waited three hours to finally get the car. We already had a purchase agreement and financing All around. It appeared that the dealership severely overbooked themselves and were attempting to play catch-up. This was our third new-car purchase at this dealership and by far the most disappointing.
