I had my brakes checked and the lug nut tool was not returned in its case. I am waiting for a manager to call me back. We had service completed for around $2000. 00. picked up our car and drove home, noticed steam coming from hood- appears the tech did not put the radiator cap on correctly and we lost antifreez 00. picked up our car and drove home, noticed steam coming from hood- appears the tech did not put the radiator cap on correctly and we lost antifreeze...Honda towed the car back and had a tech verify there was not damage. We went back to get car and found it curious that we were never offered an apology for the issue or inconvenience. We were told that there was no charge for this service. Very odd for this dealership.... More
