John was super helpful and knowledgeable and provided great customer service. Didn’t make any unnecessary service recommendations. I called back for Alana to comment on the work that I had done that day and she never returned my call. The mechanic that put a new tire on my car took the donut and just threw it in the trunk of the car ins done that day and she never returned my call.
