I am very disappointed with how difficult it has been trying to purchase a vehicle through Luther Brookdale Honda. The salesman I have been dealing with (Victor) has caused me a huge inconvenience and ad trying to purchase a vehicle through Luther Brookdale Honda. The salesman I have been dealing with (Victor) has caused me a huge inconvenience and additional stress in my life. As a newly single mom, I do not need more stress. I do not have the time to go through what I am currently going through with this dealership. The salesman said there were some 2024 Honda CRV EX-L "in transit". I was promised a delivery date for the week of September 19th-22nd. I wanted to purchase from them because they were able to give me the earliest delivery date, sooner than other dealerships I contacted... and I contacted a lot of them. It was difficult/stressful enough trying to deal with my insurance company when they totaled my vehicle, and now I was lied to about when I was going to have my new car by. This has caused me to have to juggle around the amount of time needed to rent the car from Enterprise, asking for time off of work, asking another person to help me drop off the rental car to Enterprise and then to pick up the rental from your dealership... is not what I would call easy. Per Victor's request, I filled out the online financing application on September 15th. I requested (multiple times) to know if I was approved and what APR I was approved for. I have text messages showing I asked multiple times. I have asked to receive the documented approval letter and still have yet to see anything. I want to review my auto loan agreement/document before I sign it. This was an easy sale. I didn't even test drive the 2024 Honda CRV EX-L at Luther Brookdale Honda, due to it being unavailable. I called and spoke to the salesman that answered the phone (Victor) and told him what I was looking for and that I needed it ASAP. I would like to know if they record phone conversations that the car salesmen have? Being promised something and failing to follow through with that promise, is not acceptable. He even told me that management was telling him not to give me an update and that he was doing me a favor by telling me the vehicle was not going to be ready. I replied and said he absolutely needs to update me because I was driving a rental and I had to get an extension on the rental due to the vehicle still not being ready. I feel Victor said it would be an earlier delivery date just to make the sale. He knew I was looking for a dealership that could get the car in the fastest. It's easy to tell someone an earlier date, in order to make a sale. Saying it is delayed was an easy way to pass the buck. Whether this is what happened or not, this is how I feel. I am very turned off from ever buying a new vehicle again and I don't want another person to have to go through this experience at this dealership. I am finally able to pick up my new car on Saturday 10/6/23. This is a lot longer than the week of September 19th- 22nd. :( -Autumn Hirsch More

The dealership itself was very stocked with options of the vehicle I was looking for. The staff especially John T was very helpful and let ME make the decision that was best for me.
