Came in for a simple oil change and knew that thats all I wanted. Was promptly told that I also needed a list of other items from the service minder in my car. Brake fluid replacement. Tire rotation. Air Fil wanted. Was promptly told that I also needed a list of other items from the service minder in my car. Brake fluid replacement. Tire rotation. Air Filter replacements. Declined all. Would have been $330. Already take care of my tires and checking/cleaning/replacing the air filters is simple. Brake fluid replacement is a scam. Felt continually shamed because I chose not to have them work on these items. Then it took a hour and a half to do the simple oil change that I had an appointment for. Will teach myself to do it so I don't have to deal with going there anymore. More
I took two vehicles there on two different days, a Friday and Saturday. Friday, I got there and told them I had an appt. I had only selected online oil change, but also asked them to look at my battery a and Saturday. Friday, I got there and told them I had an appt. I had only selected online oil change, but also asked them to look at my battery as it has been low and if still low I would like it replaced. Waited for my car to get done, then they tell me it is done and that indeed my battery needed to be replaced; however, they did not do it nor ask me if I wanted it done and seemed to rush me out of the door. This was toward the end of the day, so I get they wanted to go home, but it did not seem very concerned about maintaining my car even after I had asked them to do it if needed. Saturday, other vehicle. nformed me about a nail in my tire. Did not tell me how much air had leaked, only that it should be patched. I declined as the warning light had been on for months. Upon checking out, I was informed that it was 12 PSI of a recommended 35, knowing that would have influenced my decision. I did not think it was that low. I then asked about the tire warranty, to which he did not know or offer to help with. Then asked about the NTS wheel and tire service plan that we bought with the car at Luther, and his response was to call our salesman to find out what to do. Come to find out the NTS wheel and tire does cover it and it could have been taken care of on the same visit. We chose to take the car elsewhere to get the tire repaired after doing the phone calls ourselves, not a big deal. However, we purchased the vehicle through them, I would think they would be able to help us with warranties and service plans. Seems shady tos ell a warranty plan, then offer no knowledge of how to use it, just push a repair on people before even looking to save us money. In the past I have had a good experiences here, but not this time. Overall, I will be looking for another dealer to take our vehicle's to. More

I liked the continuity of having one advisor thru the whole process... I called back after a light was staying on after service, and my cruise don’t work, but Alex was busy, so he transferred me to the whole process...
