I feel abused. When I asked about rust, I was sent 3 pictures of small rust spots on the drivers doorframe and the rear wheel wells. When I got home (California), I took it to my body shop to get them fixed, and learned there was MUCH greater rust damage than I'd been led to believe. The undercarriage paint was thoroughly compromised, and the nuts and bolts securing the suspension were completely fused. Estimate to fix: $7k-10k! More

Chad was fabulous! When my husband and I came into Honda looking for a used car within my particular price range, Chad instantly had two cars in mind right of the bat. Once he called me back I asked him again(per they're own policy) if I could just get my money back and return the car which he said NO.
