Service Warning I have been a Dodge customer for the past 15 years without issue. Recently, I have had issues in the service center with being talked down to and my I have been a Dodge customer for the past 15 years without issue. Recently, I have had issues in the service center with being talked down to and my new vehicle not being covered under warranty. Most of the staff is friendly; however, if you are a woman - you definitely want to bring a man with you so they do not try and take advantage of you. I will no longer go there after being lied to and treated so poorly. More

Pickup Everything was fine until I picked up the vehicle. The plastic was left on the seat. The paper was still on the floor by the pedals. They had worked on the passenger side door and had left all the maps that were in the door pocket scattered on the floor. The heat was on, but the driver side window was open so they were trying to heat the outside. The car hadn’t been washed and I didn’t get a summary of everything that had been checked. I have been there many times for service and this is the first time I have encountered this time of service. More

At least they had popcorn Stopped in for an oil change. Was told the wait was around an hour and a half. I was fine with that. 3 hours later I asked the service guy if my tr Stopped in for an oil change. Was told the wait was around an hour and a half. Finally got the oil change done and was able to get out of there. Only upside to the place was they have popcorn. More

Service Adviser was correct, honest informed He read back to me what as going to be done based on what I asked for.
