Best Service Manager I Have Ever Encountered At A Dealership I brought my Chrysler T&C mini into the Brooklyn Park Dealership. Beware of double charges for diagnosis. I checked an inoperable 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 with 66k miles to find out why it doesn't start, and agreed on one-time fee of $130 for diagnosis, they t I checked an inoperable 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 with 66k miles to find out why it doesn't start, and agreed on one-time fee of $130 for diagnosis, they told me to change a filter in-between and then pay another $130 for an additional diagnosis for a vehicle that is still under warranty. When I questioned their business practice, the service manager threatened, and I quote "I'm gonna push your vehicle out to the middle of the street right now, so it could get towed". I told him to calm down and let me talk to the General Manager, which he refused to do. Only next day, I got ahold of the GM and he told me the solution would be for me to come and pickup the vehicle. Besides all of that, they failed to notify me of two safety recalls that I found out about from Dodge Corporation when I called to put in a complaint. Save your money and time. Do not go there. More

I was very pleasantly surprised by all of the treatment above and really appreciated it and my visit was excellent! It could have been $60 - $130 the guy said...of course it was the later. I just wanted them to look at it, to see if they could fix it, and apparently that took them an hour to tell me they couldn't fix it and that it needed to be replaced. That makes no sense to me. I've been servicing my car there for 6 years, and it would be nice to have a shop recognize customer loyalty and give a guy a break. I'm tired of being jerked around. Oh and not to mention I asked for an appraisal and new I would be low balled but their appraisal was rediculous....KBB says dealer trade in on my Jeep is $10,500 in Fair to good condition....and shocker, they came back with $8500. I'm tired of car dealerships, completing screwing people over. Thank God for Craigslist I won't be back. More
I came in today for an oil change with no appointment. Scott made me feel very welcomed. His customer service was excellent. Very pleasant. Scott made sure I knew where everything was located and told me there was fresh coffee and popcorn in the waiting area. When the services where finished he assured there was nothing else that needed to be done with my vehicle, walked me to the service desk and explained the charges. When I made it to the car there were two unoccupied vehicles in front of me. Scott opened the door so I could reverse out. Overall the experience today was wonderful!!!! I will definitely be back whenever I need any service done on my vehicle. Thanks Scott, and Thank you Luther Brookdale Chrystler, Jeep and Dodge! More

My son blew the water pump out of his 2010 dodge nitro. We got it to the service department and were given a car to use while his vehicle was being fixed. They also looked the entire vehicle over and found he needed some brake work done as well. The next afternoon as promised the vehicle was ready to go . Just today i brought the vehicle in again to have a second key made up which hadn't come with the vehicle fro m where he bought it at Freeway dodge. Again the service people were all over it. It didn't take too long and they adjusted the tire pressure and gave it a wash.
