My experience first if you want to call it a test drive it was down the road and back dealer was with me telling me when to turn and go back to the dealership. Basically it was 1 mile. Second my dealer told me that there was a better offer from a bank, then the Wells Fargo That I had picked I was approved online. I told him I would do paperwork the second time I come in when I pick up the vehicle dodge ram 2022 new. When I got in, they started questioning that I gave them a runaround, and that I am adding a trade-in , and possibly my wife added to see if I can get a better deal. They never told me have any better deal than the Wells Fargo that I had picked, which I wasn’t thinking they added a warranty package that the finance guy picked for me which I never wanted the vehicle comes with a warranty , I only drive 6000 miles a year why spend $4000 on another warranty over a six year,With interest . getting the vehicle home whoever cleaned out the back end of the pick up use something sharp scratches all over. i’m paying more a month and they added a year more to the deal than the Wells Fargo that I had picked. Originally they never told me that there was a better offer like they said than the Wells Fargo‘s offer they added the warranty that I never wanted or picked and scratches on a new vehicle. That’s why the one star, we bought two vehicles from CoonRapids dodge they treated us poorly in both occasions that’s why we went to Brooklyn Center, coon Rapids is still the worst . they charge me for full price of the vehicle without the rebates because they use the rebates for my down payment. I put down 20,000 minus the payoff of the trade-in of 6000 and then they used the rebates added to the down payment of 16,500. Full price over a six year term. Or rebates for a down payment which one would I be losing money on ,,,,you’re paying interest for full price no interest and using it as a down payment??? i’m wondering if they can even do that use rebates as a down payment and then charge me full price for the vehicle! More
