I had been told during my review of the dealership there was a recall on my dodge, and I made an appointment to have the K15 recall performed. I actually showed up on time, burned a little PTO, and proceeded to the waiting room, where I relaxed for around 10-15 minutes, when the service guy came back to me and reported they did not have the parts to do my truck that day. (this was 4 days after I made the appointment) They offered me a "favor" which is an air filter or oil filter, or whatever. You think an hour of my Precious PTO and gas spent going there is worth an oil filter??? What the heck kind of service department does not plan for parts when they make these appontments??? Strange thing was, the actual technician was asked while I was at the service desk, do you have the parts? HE SAID YES!!! I bought the vehicle, and the sales guy was pretty good, until I asked when my truck was going to be detailed for delivery, as there was some prep work to be done before this, including undercoating, and tonneu cover installation. Well, he said after my 3rd time there to get stuff done, they did it last time I was in. LOL I am still waiting........ Good luck to you. More

I needed some warrenty work done, but because it was late in the day and the work could not be completed that day, Brad arranged a free rental van as a replacement for my van which was being serviced. Sales was great, Service Department could use a course on Customer service Skills. Your Service Department never Called me back when they said they would or kept me in the loop with what was going on wit on Customer service Skills. I have Driven it 2 days since I bought it and just got it back from the Service department and got 30 miles and the Service Engine Light came on Again. I am Not a Happy Guy at the Moment. When you Bring your car in with a Full tank of Gas and you leave with it on Empty Thats Not Acceptable. When does a Car get driven 156 miles in the Service Department. Tim Olson More
Brian was very friendly and called back when he said he would. He could have taken the $500 holding fee when we said we were interested in the car, Saturday, instead of having us come back another day, (W would. The closer was very busy on Wednesday as he was the only person closing and we had to wait. Also, Brian didn't explain the extended warranty over the phone or on Wednesday when we came to give the down payment at all. He just said we have products for you. As it turned out the closer only had a couple of options which he talked about on Friday at the final close. If I would have had more information before I came to do the final close on Friday, I would have had time to make a better decision. I felt pressured to mak a decision about the extended warranty when I paid for the car before I had much information. The extended warranties available were a lot more money than I have previously paid. More
Service dept. employees are very understaffed. I tried to make an appointment over the phone and after waiting 5 min's i decided to leave a message, no one returned my call after 6 hrs? I brought my truck in for it's first oil change and no one had time to talk to me except the cashier. I was informed later my front tires are damaged from not getting them rotated. No one told me i needed this service done, but there computer says i was talked to about this. Now i have a new truck with tires that are no good. Service mgr. said lets wait and see what happens??? This is a $40,000 truck, i feel i deserved much better care from an alledged 5 star dealer. Todd Johnson More
Brookdale Chrysler has been the dependable, no worry option for service on my car. They were originally my choice based on location, but I would forgo other options to return in the future. I thought that telling the customer the price of the service/part at the time of repair doesn't give the customer a chance to price compare. You feel helpless and feel the pressure to say yes to whateve service/part at the time of repair doesn't give the customer a chance to price compare. Got a load of surprises when it came time to sign the paperwork for the vehicle....very disconcerting. Have had issues with my steering since purchase and I'm told that it is normal. I do not believe this is normal and will be pursing alternative investigation. Also, had an oil change and they did not reset so it still says I need an oil change or perhaps I did not get what I paid for???? Additionally, although I have not had time to pursue. The vehicle does not start properly and the AC does not come on when you push the button. Not so very pleased. More
