I bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee about a month ago. It came with a 1,500 or 30 day "bumper to bumper" warranty as described by the salesman. I come to find out that this dealership is anything but willing to help you fix your vehicle if it has problems after you buy it. Before I bought the vehicle, I discovered a few things that were wrong with it. It needed a new set of heater controls as the lighting had been burnt out behind it and it needed new keys. The keys we're the keyless entry type and essentially did not work. The salesman had to work some deals to get these two items fixed. They will claim that they are only able to spend $200 to fix items on their used cars. I called BS and told them that I would buy the vehicle, but only if those items were taken care of. Instead of two brand new keys like they said, I got one brand new and one that was barely used. Both of them worked but it was still shady that the salesman tried to tell me that they were both new and he lost his ass on this sale. The financing guy was anything but professional. He's a guy in the back office that does all of the paperwork. It was 8:50 PM by the time that I got to him and he seemed inconvenienced since he was likely done with work at 9 PM every night. He even commented on the fact that he was disappointed that I wasn't buying a new $40K jeep and was buying a jeep one fourth of that value. The finance guy also had the audacity to say that he had the option of not accepting the bank wire instructions that I had brought to close. He said "it's our option whether we accept this from your bank." I wanted to say, "Your an asshole who is about to lose this sale. I arranged financing on my own and I'm about to spend a lot of money on a vehicle. You should be offering me a coke or something while I wait rather than you complaining about my bank (which had very simple instructions) or the value of the vehicle I'm purchasing. So, around 1400 miles after I bought the vehicle, I came in to have the driver’s seat and the shifter console looked at. The driver's seat was starting to budge in the leather. The dealer said they could do nothing about that even though the salesman told me that this was a bumper to bumper warranty. Already the persona of the used car dealership is coming true. Then I asked them to look into the clicking that my shifter was making every time I would shift into drive. Being a former mechanic myself, I looked up the manufacturer’s website and looked to see if they had any Technical Service Bulletins out. In fact they did regarding this very issue. When I brought the Jeep in to be looked at, the service advisor didn't want to look at the technical bulletin that I brought in. He said "my service reps have access to that info." I said alright and hung on to the TSB. The service advisor came back to me after an hour and a half and said "If you've ever driven a 4 wheel drive vehicle before you will know shifting isn't as quiet as driving a sedan. This is actually normal for Jeeps and there is nothing that we need to fix." At this point I was ready to call them all liars and cheats. At this point I jumped back into my Jeep, drove home and got some tools out of the garage. I spent about two hours taking apart the shift console and I fixed the problem myself. The TSB addressed EXACTLY how to fix the issue. I paid $150 bucks to fix my leather seats at an aftermarket leather shop. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER DUE TO THE WAY THEIR USED CAR SALES AND SERVICE SHOPS OPERATE. They are greedy, money hungry and don't care about customers unless they feel they can make more $$$. This is why people go to buy BMW and Lexus. They know they will pay a premium for their cars and service, but they won't have to deal with people who are cheats and liars. More
I brought my van in for 2 recalls and an oil change, I called about 1 month ago and was told that they did not have the parts. I was informed about a week ago that the parts were in and I could schedule a called about 1 month ago and was told that they did not have the parts. I was informed about a week ago that the parts were in and I could schedule an appointment. Thne oil change and radiator cap were processed but they did not have the hose for the air conditioner. So now I will have to schedule another trip to get this completed. Very poor planning on your part. More

I love my new Ram, BUT The follow up service stinks. I I love my new Ram, BUT The follow up service stinks. I had been told during my review of the dealership there was a recall on my dodge, and I made a I love my new Ram, BUT The follow up service stinks. I had been told during my review of the dealership there was a recall on my dodge, and I made an appointment to have the K15 recall performed. I actually showed up on time, burned a little PTO, and proceeded to the waiting room, where I relaxed for around 10-15 minutes, when the service guy came back to me and reported they did not have the parts to do my truck that day. (this was 4 days after I made the appointment) They offered me a "favor" which is an air filter or oil filter, or whatever. You think an hour of my Precious PTO and gas spent going there is worth an oil filter??? What the heck kind of service department does not plan for parts when they make these appontments??? Strange thing was, the actual technician was asked while I was at the service desk, do you have the parts? HE SAID YES!!! I bought the vehicle, and the sales guy was pretty good, until I asked when my truck was going to be detailed for delivery, as there was some prep work to be done before this, including undercoating, and tonneu cover installation. Well, he said after my 3rd time there to get stuff done, they did it last time I was in. LOL I am still waiting........ Good luck to you. More

Brian was very friendly and called back when he said he would. He could have taken the $500 holding fee when we said we were interested in the car, Saturday, instead of having us come back another day, (W would. He could have taken the $500 holding fee when we said we were interested in the car, Saturday, instead of having us come back another day, (Wednesday) for this. The closer was very busy on Wednesday as he was the only person closing and we had to wait. Also, Brian didn't explain the extended warranty over the phone or on Wednesday when we came to give the down payment at all. He just said we have products for you. As it turned out the closer only had a couple of options which he talked about on Friday at the final close. If I would have had more information before I came to do the final close on Friday, I would have had time to make a better decision. I felt pressured to mak a decision about the extended warranty when I paid for the car before I had much information. The extended warranties available were a lot more money than I have previously paid. More
Sales was great, Service Department could use a course on Customer service Skills. Your Service Department never Called me back when they said they would or kept me in the loop with what was going on wit on Customer service Skills. Your Service Department never Called me back when they said they would or kept me in the loop with what was going on with my Car. I have Driven it 2 days since I bought it and just got it back from the Service department and got 30 miles and the Service Engine Light came on Again. I am Not a Happy Guy at the Moment. When you Bring your car in with a Full tank of Gas and you leave with it on Empty Thats Not Acceptable. When does a Car get driven 156 miles in the Service Department. Tim Olson More

I brought my truc to make an appointment over the phone and after waiting 5 min's i decided to leave a message, no one returned my call after 6 hrs? I brought my truck in for it's first oil change and no one had time to talk to me except the cashier. I was informed later my front tires are damaged from not getting them rotated. No one told me i needed this service done, but there computer says i was talked to about this. Now i have a new truck with tires that are no good. Service mgr. said lets wait and see what happens???
