Jay was honest and forthright throughout the entire process (also a nice relief), and that made it much easier to pull the trigger. My vehicle had to come in from another dealership so I wasn't able to drive off the lot that night, but that was OK. The only real problem encountered was with the trade in of my old vehicle. It had an out of state title and that proved problematic for you. This was handled rather poorly and borderline dysfunctional. Ultimately it was resolved but not without multiple return trips back to the dealership and can unnecessary trip to the DMV. More
