Dodge Caravan Purchase Overall it was a good experience and we are happy with our vehicle purchase. The workers were willing to help and explain exactly what was happening. There were a couple points in the process where the information was incorrect or the information changed which was frustrating, but Benji did a great job of going through everything that was happening to clear up all the issues, and we felt he was very honest throughout the process. One of our biggest issues was we were there all day (which was okay) because we wanted to make sure to get it all right, but when we were cleaning out our car that we were trading in we felt very rushed. The sales rep was inside the car in the drivers seat while we were trying to clean it. We could have cleaned it out earlier during any of the waiting time we had but instead did it at the last minute and felt very rushed while cleaning it out. More
