Good experience overall though somewhat typical. Heath Zimmerman was great and I highly recommend him as a salesperson. One negative about the experience was that the "pulse" feature that had been a Heath Zimmerman was great and I highly recommend him as a salesperson. One negative about the experience was that the "pulse" feature that had been added to the vehicle (a nice feature) actually costs $300 - whereas it seemed like it was included in the price when we talked about it. That was not well explained. So I had them disconnect it. We got the usual rust coat - clear coat presentation, which seems unnecessary for an almost new looking 2 year old car, and I declined. But everyone was nice and Mike the Finance Manager was also quite good; he was patient and worked with me to get the credit union I wanted. An ok deal on my trade-in but typical. Would suggest changing the radio station in the showroom - we thought it was kind of annoying, harder rock. Front desk lady deserves an award, super nice. Thank you. More
Worst used car buying experience Worst car buying experience I ever had. Brought used certify Jeep and had to return it within the five day policy due to issues with LED highlights and tire rattle and shakes. Return the car back to dealership, sales manager agree to fix the headlight issues with new headlights and complete a wheel diagnostics. Agree to take back the car if issues was resolved. Thinking that the sales rep and manager will not lied to me, I did not ask for proof stating that car issue was resolved. Brought car home again, completed an detail inspection and noticed that only one headlight was replace when both should have been replaced. Not even sure if the wheel diagnostic was completed. Thus I decided to return the car back to the dealership. One other issue, the sales floor manager Bryan Herr had a issue with me because I request for all weather floor mat because car was supposed to come with all weather floor mat. He did not speak to me in a nice tone until my husband come in. In the end, he finally state that I can swap with one outside if I can find one. The review is suppose to be anonymous but I found out my review is not anonymous because sales rep knew. I would not recommend buying from this dealership. They will do their best to denied current and future claims. More

Buyer from 4 hours away I drove down to Luther from four hours away because of the prices I saw on the Internet and phone conversations I had with my sales person. Everything I drove down to Luther from four hours away because of the prices I saw on the Internet and phone conversations I had with my sales person. Everything went exactly as planned and I was very happy with the entire process. Chad Feist was my sales person and I would highly recommend him to anyone else looking for a good car buying experience. More
We ended up with a car, and it went OK I guess? We walked in the door and were greeted right away by an eager salesperson, "Country". He showed us a 2008 Prius, which we did end up biting the bullet We walked in the door and were greeted right away by an eager salesperson, "Country". He showed us a 2008 Prius, which we did end up biting the bullet on. However, he didn't seem super knowledgeable about the car, and had a hard time answering our questions about it- like, how old are the tires? What should we expect to have to repair next on this age of a car? He also seemed more interested in showing us photos of his kids rather than letting us drive the conversation and ask questions. In finance, our loan was handled by Keith. He talked a lot, but mostly about how he was trying to get us a deal, and no so much about the details of the deal. It was hard getting a word in to ask about what the terms of our loan would be. I was a little annoyed with how he didn't allow us to ask questions and he seemed to be more interested in the sound of his own voice than in our concerns. We felt a little like the wool was being pulled over our eyes. We like the car we were given but are now discovering that it makes some strange noises- perhaps noises we would have heard if our sales person would have just stopped talking and let us listen to the car while we were driving it? We may be taking the car back to see what they can do with our 30 day warranty. We'll see what our mechanic says... to be continued. More
