Because I didn't finance with Luther and got fiancing with my own bank for the better interest rate. After a drunk guy hit me I don't have a vehicle so I had to pay daily for a rental... Luther refuses to give me my vehicle in a timely fashion and they are not going to reimburse for the cost of rental. Horrible experience even tho I've purchased 3 cars in a 6 year span from the same people. More
