Great customer focused service! Sales and finance were very helpful. I spent time test driving the a Grand Cherokee Limited and Summit. I ultimately traded my 2014 and upgraded to the 2020 Limited.. I was very impressed with his down to earth, no high pressure, informative and communicative style. I did not feel like I was being "sold" anything I didn't want but rather that we were working as partners on a business deal together. Then I went to finance. Benji was also outstanding. Charismatic, knowledgeable and easy to go through this process with. I highly recommend these two. Oh, I also had reason to work with Scott Hanson, who also provided me excellent service! My sales person Chad Feist was great and made the process easy. I did have to take the vehicle in for a cab water leak 2 weeks later and the service staff rattled of a list of things that should be done easy. I did have to take the vehicle in for a cab water leak 2 weeks later and the service staff rattled of a list of things that should be done to the vehicle. This made me feel very uneasy about the purchase I just made. I questioned why the dealership hadn’t addressed these simple things before I purchased the vehicle. The cost of my repair was fairly reasonable but I had another mechanic take care of the other fixes that needed to be made. That gave me more piece of mind considering Luther didn’t fix these things when they had the chance and they were simple fixes. More
