Scott introduced me to the Used Car Manager Brian Herr, who was as well very friendly and accommodating. I was then introduced to Roni Minuk in sales. My wife then arrived and Roni was the perfect sales representative answering all of our questions. Roni was so down to earth and very knowledgeable about the 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk in which we were about to purchase. We had already picked out the specific vehicle from the lot, so the vehicle was brought to us where Roni thoroughly went through every detail before, during, and after our test drive. Working with Benji Thornton in Finance was as well a pleasure and seamless. They say that buying a car can be one of the most stressful experiences in life. I have purchased many thus far in my lifetime. My experience at Brookdale CJDR, was anything but stressful, and the staff very professional and accommodating.
