The service was excellent from Heath! He was straightforward and transparent. The front desk could do with customer service training. We came in and the lack of assistance and follow up caused us to wait an additional 30 minutes unnecessarily. We were there late on a Wednesday and everyone was extremely patient and helpful. I will say the finance manager (forgot his name) spoke WAY too fast, didn’t walk though the details of our offer on paper, made assumptions that would cause us to pay for things we didn’t want. Due to that we walked out of there without the car on the first night. The next day we did our own finance research and called back to workout the deal. At that point we worked with a different finance manager and had a completely different and easy experience. One more thing in closing. We waited another 20 minutes longer just to take the car home. The car wasn’t prepared to leave, lacked gas and a good scrub of the exterior. My advice there, get the car prepared ahead of time. Overall, we had a great experience and I got a car I love for an affordable and fair price. More

We started off talking to Jaime; however, she was off they day we were available, so she had Roni help us out.
