The service writer was pleasant and enthusiastic. I explained exactly what was wrong, what troubleshooting I had taken, and what I wanted repaired. He told me about the 2 diagnostic charges and sai I explained exactly what was wrong, what troubleshooting I had taken, and what I wanted repaired. He told me about the 2 diagnostic charges and said he would contact my extended warranty company to get work covered. He called me two days later and said my truck was ready. When I went to pick it up, turns out they hadn't repaired what was wrong. I had load tested the battery and disconnected the alternator to establish there was an unknown draw on the battery. They determined it was a tracking device causing the draw. He said he would waive the next diagnostic fee and have the techs look at it. When he called again he said it was the battery (which was load tested and not the problem) and overcharged me for a battery. If they had listened to me and found the actual draw, it wouldn't have killed the battery. Very dissatisfied with their effort and lack of expertise. Won't use the dealership for anything. Do not recommend. More
