I recently visited this dealership to have service done on my vehicle. All of the services needed were under warranty still, as I had my services (what I thought) to be completed, I paid my deductible and on my vehicle. I had to return within a few days because the a couple problems still existed. This day I had needed a shuttle service from my work location to the dealership and called numerous times throughout the day to confirm the time and place of the shuttle to arive. I did not receive a response in any of the messages I had left. Minutes before needing to leave my job, I finally was able to get a hold of someone in which they were luckily able to send a shuttle driver that was right there, to me. I arrived to pick my vehicle up, and it had not been washed or "rinsed", like I had requested, and have always requested. I was running late due to the shuttle service and had to leave, so I left without this additional service being completed. That day I noticed that my car will still was not completely fixed, the noise was still there. I then found out it was not fixed because Advantage (warranty holder) would like another deductible from me. I had paid this originally and since it was not on the claim Advantage would like another deductible for this being a "seperate" claim, which it shouldn't be a seperate claim. Someon dropped the ball, and overlooked putting it on the first claim. And now in order for me to have this problem fixed under warranty, i need to pay another deductible, within 2 weeks of paying the first for the same problem. I feel someone at the dealership needs to call Advantage and explain the situation, and if they don't budge then the dealership needs to take the expense of my deductible and provide the service I already paid for. More

The rating is deserved based on their timeliness, their friendly approach with customers, their respect for seniors, AND their willingness to listen to customer concerns. Had my new pickup to Friendly Chev 4 times since truck was new for wheel bounce they could never get it right they put wrong weights on and bent the wheel covers. I took it to your dealership for service was new for wheel bounce they could never get it right they put wrong weights on and bent the wheel covers. I took it to your dealership for service and had them check the wheels and they balanced them there is no more bounce. I have found a new service home and dealership, our next new purchase will be through your dealership the service after the sale goes a long way. Thanks Much! Ken Schuna More
My experience with the dealership was very good. I brought in my 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt because of a problem with my left front tire losing air and my vehicle alerting me about the problem. The dealership checked it out and found out the problem was due to a nail in my tire, they fixed it and got it back to me very quickly which I appreciated since I work 12 hour night shift and had to get going to go to bed. It took less than 20 minutes, and that was coming in first thing in the morning on a Monday morning without an appointment...fabulous! More
I was not satisfied because it took 2 hours for a basic oil change and that was WITH an appointment. Had I have known that, I would have left my car at the dealership and came back later. I had my childr oil change and that was WITH an appointment. Had I have known that, I would have left my car at the dealership and came back later. I had my children with me and it was not fair for them to have to sit that long for a job that should not have taken more than an hour. Especially since there were only a handful of toys in the "playroom" to keep them entertained. And when customers, not only myself, would ask the customer service representatives how much longer the services would be, the particular representative working at the desk was not the most helpful person and the other 2 guys looked lost. And even after waiting 2 hours for my oil change, I had to wait another 20 minutes for a "runner" to pull my car around to the front, so I could leave. Next time, I will take my car in on the weekday and try that staff because the Saturday morning staff was not up to par :-( More
I required service on my 2008 Chevrolet Corvette. I contacted the service department and Mike Kane made sure that Mike G. was there to meet with me to discuss repair options. I have both leased and purchased vehicles from this dealership as well as having the vehicles maintained there. The purchase experience was outstandin, no high pressure sales pitch, they listened to my needs and presented saveral options to meet those needs. The service department is outstanding, online appointment scheduling and Saturday hours make it very convenient to have my vehicle serviced on my schedule. Tim Reil and Dennis Galligan in Sales and Melissa Saue in Service are particularly notable for providing a first rate customer experience.
