Luther Brookdale Chevrolet Buick GMC - Service Center

Last week we brought our Buick LeSabre in for service. The Brookdale Buick GMC service department was friendly and waiting for us when we arrived for our appointment. I came in to the service department without an appointment as my vehicle started showing multiple problem messages. Setting the service appointmemt was difficult. I was disconnected 4 times. Service was very busy when I arrived. Staff was very friendly but it took 20 minutes to get checked in. Dan took great care of me & the issues my Vue had. GM covered all the repair work and Dan made sure everything went smoothly. His communication with me was outstanding! Although I live 3 hours from Minneapolis, I purchased my 2010 Suburban from Luther Brookdale Chevrolet because of the great deal I could get from them. I subsequently had the car serviced (oil change & tire rotation) at Gateway Chevrolet in Fargo, ND, because it is relatively close to home. I was NOT satisfied with the work and checks made by Gateway Chevrolet, so decided to stop at Luther Brookdale Chevrolet on my way through Minneapolis during a recent trip to have the car checked out. I was traveling with my wife and our cat. We stopped at Luther Brookdale WITHOUT an appointment. I explained my concerns to Laurel Hansen, a service rep. She listened to my concerns, wrote up a work order and told me she would try to get my Suburban checked out within 45 minutes to an hour -- she stated that they were quite busy at the time. I was satisfied with the projected wait time since I did not have an appointment. However, much to my delight, the service technicians had our car checked out and had us back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Mega kudos to the great team they have at Luther Brookdale Chevrolet. my previous visit had a driver seat part issue that got lost and/or not recorded in my vehicle history, their was no follow-up repair service as agreed during that appointment. Work was done on time. Final price was approximately the same as the estimate. All of the people were very friendly. Mike also called me to inform me the the rear brakes were bad, which was very good to kno same as the estimate. All of the people were very friendly. Always have a good experience at Luther Brookdale. Our salesman always looks us up and time goes fast. Anything I ask is always addressed, besides doing extra for me.
