I brought my vehicle in for a service check and was greeted immediately by a friendly employee named Jason. My vehicle was taken and I was told it would be about an hour wait. At an hour Jason came back and let me now the problem and then offered me a free loaner vehicle while the repair occurred. The loaner was a better model than my own car and he helped me transfer the items fom my vehicle into the loaner. When my car was ready for pick up he remembered my name and was again very friendly. From the minute I arrived and met with my service advisor, Jason, everyting was taken care of quickly, efficiently and with real friendliness. We have used this dealer twice now for 2 purchases. The steering wheel on my new Buick LaCrosse was not centered. This didn't effect the driving of the car, but annoyed me.
