My Suburban (6 mos old) had an issue that occurred ever so slightly. I brought it in not really expecting to resolve the issue due to its infrequent occurrence. Went in for oil change. Service was great and finished with in 1 Hour as promised. Also washed vehicle and cleaned and dried it good. Very Happy with the way I was treated. Took my daughter's car in for service. They diagnosed the problem, but because my appointment was late in the day, they kept the car overnight. I hitched a ride with the convenient shuttle ser diagnosed the problem, but because my appointment was late in the day, they kept the car overnight. I hitched a ride with the convenient shuttle service to my car. Picked the car up the next day with an explanation of what the problem was and they even fixed another problem that we "dealt" with, but didn't realize could be fixed. I had a service airbag light that came on so I call the dealership and made a appointment to have it looked at the problem and was told that the sensor 16.712 n needed to be replaced and the cost $265.00 s dealership and made a appointment to have it looked at the problem and was told that the sensor 16.712 n needed to be replaced and the cost $265.00 so I had it replaced when I returned home I checked on line for the part and the price of the sensor was $56.00 it seems to me that I was over charged. On top of the cost for the part, labor was $179.95 More

I was told when in for an oil change 3,000 miles ago I had two imminent failures on my vehicle. The intake gasket and water pump needed to be replaced right away for a cost of about $1,000. The intake gas had two imminent failures on my vehicle. The intake gasket and water pump needed to be replaced right away for a cost of about $1,000. The intake gasket had just been replaced by Luther 24,000 miles ago at a cost of over $800. I had the vehicle inspected by 2 independent certified mechanics. The intake leak was very small and needed to be addressed within the next few thousand miles(not immediately) and there was nothing wrong with the water pump. I told Luther about this and they did offer to reduce the price on the work. I had the vehicle in for the intake work at Luther. They also looked at the water pump again and did not find anything wrong this time. The vehicle was not ready when promised and I had to wait for the wash when picking it up. This is the second time immediate major repairs were recommended by them that were not an immediate need or even necessary. Make sure you get a second opionion on any repairs they recommend. More
